Decision-making under pressure
A half-day session where your team practises structured decision frameworks using scenarios drawn from your own industry. Participants leave with a one-page decision protocol they can use the next morning.
We run small-group sessions for managers, team leads, and rising talent across Wales and the wider UK. Each workshop is built around real problems your organisation faces right now.
See our workshopsMost leadership training tries to cover everything and ends up teaching nothing well. We chose four areas because they produce measurable change fastest.

Giving honest feedback without damaging trust is a skill, not a personality trait. This workshop teaches a repeatable structure for performance conversations, client pushback, and peer disagreements.
When people pull in different directions, speed drops and frustration rises. We facilitate a full-day alignment session that surfaces hidden disagreements and produces a shared priorities document.
Since 2017 we have delivered over 320 workshops to teams ranging from five people to sixty. Our facilitators have backgrounds in operational management, organisational psychology, and coaching, so the advice is grounded in practice rather than theory alone.
We work on-site at your offices or at a venue in Wales. Sessions run from three hours to two full days, depending on the programme. Every workshop includes a follow-up call four weeks later to check what stuck and what needs adjusting.
Groups are capped at fifteen participants. Smaller groups mean more speaking time per person and better practice quality. We turn down bookings rather than overcrowd a room.
"We brought them in to help our mid-level managers handle conflict better. Six months on, our internal grievance numbers dropped by a third. The frameworks they taught are simple enough that people actually use them."
Rachel Owens, HR director, Bridgend manufacturing firm"I expected another death-by-PowerPoint training day. Instead we spent four hours practising real conversations with coaching in between. Uncomfortable at times, but genuinely useful."
Tom Hadley, operations manager, Cardiff logistics company"The alignment session uncovered a disagreement between our sales and product teams that had been slowing us down for months. Having a neutral facilitator made all the difference."
